Annual Veg Potluck
If you love food & trying new things, then this event is perfect for you!
Since 2010, HSGV has hosted a yearly veg potluck in April to celebrate National Food Month. In order to make this event a great success, HSGV has been collaborating with GVSU's environmental group, Student Environmental Coalition, to bring awareness to the environmental impact of meat consumption in addition to emphasizing its health and ethical implications.
For each potluck, we ask all attendees to bring a vegan or vegetarian dish along with a recipe card and a friend or two!
